Welcome to the adventure hub of the Kingdom of Tonga

An azure tropical paradise of 61 different islands dotted with coral gardens, deserted beaches and shimmering clear lagoons, the northern Vavaú group presents a bucket list of 'Must Do' Tongan activities.

From June to November share Vavaú's warm waters with gentle Humpback Whales, harnessing the islands' sustaining environment to care for their newly-born calves and breed for another generation.
Come and let me guide you to the most authentic Tongan adventures or discover the delights of this island, its lush interiors, beautiful deserted island beaches and friendly locals.

Give me your dreams and let me tailor them to your expectation. Come and experience another culture where time is set to your own desire. Tongan are never in much of a hurry to do anything, a trait which tends to incite culture shock and a mild, temporary panic in visitors who have arrived from schedule-eccentric, clock-watching societies. And Tongans' mood can sometimes change as ugly as the tropical weather, with bright outlooks giving way to stormy fronts before inevitably clearing up again. But most conspicuously, they are also famously hospitable according to Captain James Cook who name the island on his visit in 1773 "The Friendly Islands".

So don't underestimate how much time you will want to spend tramping into Tongans' wilds, bobbing around its lagoons or lying on one of its sun-baked beaches. Follow the lead of Tongan's generous spirit and just spoil yourself.
